Buddy Suzie Doodle Chase

Meet Buddy our 18 year old Pomeranian. He has been through a lot in his life. Epilepsy, arthritis and kidney problems over the years. All of which with a change of diet have all but disappeared. Red dye, high ash content and too much protein in a dogs diet is not good for them. Buddy may be loosing his eye site and his teeth but his heart is healthy and that is a big thing at his age. With Buddy's fur being cut short twice a year so he does not have to carry the weight of it, he looks and acts like a puppy. With the other pets in the house this is a good idea!

Suzie is our 16 year old half Persian half Tabby. She has always thought she was a dog I think with the bones she gnaws on and some of her antics. There has been a few times over the years that we thought we lost her, with her fights with animals and stunts she has pulled. She has always tolerated any animal that we have had in the house with her, I think, mainly because they were in the home. From the hamster that learned to get out of it's cage, which she would pick up and return to it's cage, to the present with a ferret and kitten.

Doodle our white ferret, rescued when someone abandoned her. We have had the joy of having her for over a year. She came to us at a very young age, not even a year at the time. Buddy and Doodle got along from day one, but Suzie took a long time to warm up to her. Our little sock thief, puts all the socks under the dresser, dirty or clean. Full of energy, playing and keeping the others young.

Chase our3 month old kitten, growing like a weed. He is full of get up and go, keeping everyone on their toes. Appropriately named, chasing anything in site. His biggest game being rough and tumble with Doodle.

Our Black & White Joke!

What's black & white, white & black & black & white?

In our house that would be our kitten and our ferret rolling around playing and chasing each other.
